I always tell my participants that it is okay to cheat in class (by looking it up or asking someone) so they get used to seeking out the information they don't know or understand that way they don't just guess. It helps cut down on mistakes and helps build a support system for the person you are training. The Trainee feels more comfortable and more secure about taking what they learned back to work with them. Use the second slide in this file in your next classroom PowerPoint presentation!
