This study examines the effects of GPBAR1 modulation on various immune cells in the context of TNBS-induced colitis. Specifically, we evaluate the response of CD3+ and CD14+ cells under the influence of Ciprofloxacin and GPBAR1 activation. Results show significant differences in cell populations, suggesting that GPBAR1 plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses during inflammation. Our findings could have implications for therapeutic approaches targeting GPBAR1 in gastrointestinal diseases.
