Chemotaxis of MTLn3 Cells in Response to CXCL12 and CXCR4 Interaction

This experiment investigates the chemotactic response of MTLn3 cells expressing GFP-tagged CXCL12 when exposed to varying concentrations of CXCL12. The efficacy of the chemotactic response is quantified using CXCR4 IgG binding percentages and the maximum response observed in Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMM). The analysis focuses on the interaction between the chemokine CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4, highlighting the importance of this pathway in cellular migration and signaling.
