This study investigates the immunological response through the analysis of CD3 and NY-ESO-1 tetramer binding across different tissues. Supplemental Figure 1 presents mock infection conditions with various multiplicity of infection (MOI) settings, highlighting significant percentages of CD3-positive cells. Supplemental Figure 2 compares immune cell distribution in thymus, humerus, and muscle tissues, revealing marked differences in immune infiltration. The data underline the critical role of NY-ESO-1 as a tumor-associated antigen, providing insights into potential immunotherapeutic strategies. Statistically significant results are noted with a p-value of < 0.0001.
