This study presents a detailed examination of sperm and testes samples, focusing on histone methylation patterns, specifically H3K4me3 enrichment. Using supplemental figures, various sperm classifications (A-, A+, TOTAL) and testes analyses (MIR181c, Poly(A+)) are explored to identify significant differences in epigenetic modifications. Our findings offer insights into the functional implications of these histone marks in spermatogenesis and testicular health, enhancing our understanding of male reproductive biology.
