This is a training program designed for the corporate structure to train employees on identifying, resolving, and eliminating all forms of harassment in the work place. Course Description
Employees will be able to correctly answer 100% of all questions in a multiple choice test regarding what types of harassment exist upon completion of this course. • Employees will know and be able to recite all possible strategies for reporting and resolving harassment issues upon completion of this course. Upon completion of the course the students will complete an exam. The overall results will ultimately determine the need for changes in the course. Other employees or human resource team members may sit in on classes and offer suggested changes to the curriculum. Formative Assessment
