The Instructional Technology Support Services (ITSS) at California State University, Long Beach, led by Leslie Kennedy, focuses on advancing active learning through innovative technology in classrooms. ITSS provides a range of services, including Learning Management Systems, instructional tech tools, workshops, and one-on-one training. With the largest computer lab in the CSU system and multimedia development resources, ITSS fosters collaborative and challenge-based learning experiences, enabling students to develop lifelong skills through personalized and interactive education methods.
