  8. IRP, Inc. Update New Website On February 28th, new website and database service launched Transition went well Have received positive comments and helpful feedback and suggestions to use moving forward

  10. New IRP Website New Features Profiles Sign in to the website as a jurisdictional or affiliate member to have access to IRP information Once signed in, members have access to update their profile Other profile features include messages, group access and favorites

New IRP Website New Features Improved Site Navigation Using previous member feedback, the navigation of content has been improved to be more easily accessible for users Use the improved “Search” capability to find needed information. The website is fully indexed to make finding information easier.

  12. New IRP Website Directories The directories are available to allow members to find information on jurisdictions in one easy step, including searching for specific contacts in an IRP office based on their IRP role.

  13. New IRP Website Still working on: Audit Exchange & Ballot Process The audit exchange contacts are now available on a frequently updated Excel Spreadsheet. Please send your updates to IRPMail@irpinc.org. We are currently exploring options for an improved audit exchange and ballot voting process that is compatible with the new website and database. Stay tuned, we hope to have news soon.

Update A few examples of projects: Audit Committee Data Sharing Sub-Committee Records Review Sub-Committee Audit Workshop planning group Compliance Audit W/G (CAWG) Developing webinars and other outreach efforts Presenting on new language at various meetings Preparing for July 1, 2013 implementation

Update A few examples of projects: Dispute Resolution Committee Recently updated the DRC Procedures Manual with new improved processes Education Committee Continuing work on IRP certificate program Working with other groups to develop webinars and other education and training materials Full Reciprocity Task Force (FRP) Contract for financial impact study awarded State of Oregon hosting contract and much of the cost for the study FRP T/F will work with contractor to provide expertise and support on the study

Update A few examples of projects: Information Tech and Data Services Formally the Clearinghouse Committee Responsible for IRP Clearinghouse enhancement review and proposals Working on proposals for IRP website enhancements and development Currently reviewing the requirements for the audit exchange process

Update A few examples of projects: Peer Review Committee Continuing to work on the remote review process Several have been completed with work continuing to improve the process Working on updating and modifying the Peer Review Compliance Guide to reflect the new Plan language and Audit Procedures Manual changes
