BACKGROUND • HPAI is still problem in southeast Asia countries including Indonesia • Vaccination is one of the strategy implemented beside Other strategies • NVDAL ensures the quality of the vaccines distributed in Indonesia. • BSL-3 is urgently needed to test zoonotic diseases vaccines such as AI,Rabies,Brucella, Anthrax, and others.

  7. Room Arrangement • BSL-3 laboratory equipped by BSC class IIA2, refrigerator, freezer, CO2 incubator, centrifuges etc. • Cabinet Laboratory-style ABSL-4: isolators (animal isolators and surgical isolator).

  8. Corridor: connected all laboratories, changing room for male/female, Equipment maintenance (autoclave, dunk-tank, pass-box, Storage room. • Decontamination airlock for heavy equipment transfer. • Administration room
