  1. What is Mule ESB? Mule- run time engine of Anypoint Platform. This Run time engine is a Java-based lightweight integration bus allows developers to connect applications quickly and easily, so that they can exchange data. It allows easy integration of existing systems, regardless of the different technologies used by applications, including JMS, Web Services, JDBC, HTTP, etc. ESB can be deployed anywhere, can integrate and orchestrate real-time or batch events, and has universal connectivity. The primary advantage of ESB is, it allows different applications to communicate with each other by acting as a transit system for transporting data between applications within your company or over the Internet. Mule has powerful features, including: •Service Creation and Hosting - Expose and host reusable services, using ESB as a lightweight service container. •Service Mediation -Service Mediation Protect services from message formats and protocols and separate business logic from messaging, and enable location-independent service calls. •Routing messages - routes, filters, aggregates and re-sequences messages based on content and rules •Data transformation - data exchange across different transport formats and protocols Why Mule? Mule is a lightweight application that allows the user to connect to more applications over time. It manages all communication between applications and components transparently; either they stay on the same machine or on the Internet, and regardless of the underlying transport protocol used. There are presently several commercial ESB implementations on the market. However, many of them offer limited functionality or are built on an existing application server or mail server, which locks you into that specific provider. Because Mule is vendor independent, different vendor implementations can connect to it. You are never locked at a specific vendor when you use Mule. Mule provides many advantages over competitors •The components of the mule can be of any type. You can easily integrate anything from an "old Java object" to a component of another framework. •Mule and the ESB model allow significant reuse of components. Unlike other frameworks, Mule allows you to use your existing components without any modifications. Components do not require any Mule-specific code to run in Mule and no programming API is required. The business logic is completely separate from the messaging logic. •Messages can be in any format, from SOAP files to binary image files. Mule does not impose any design constraints on the architect, such as XML messaging or WSDL service contracts. •You can deploy Mule in various topologies, not just ESB. Because of its light weight and integration, Mule can dramatically reduce time-to-market and increase project productivity to deliver secure, scalable, adaptable applications that can scale up or reduce needs based on business needs.

  2. •Mule's SEDA (Stage Event Driven Architecture) architecture makes it highly scalable. A major financial services company processes billions of transactions per day with Mule on thousands of Mule servers in a highly distributed environment. Mule Enterprise They are two editions of Mule: Community and Enterprise. Enterprise is the enterprise version of the ESB platform, with additional features ideal for Mule production deployments that have performance, high availability, resiliency, or technical support requirements. Mule Community and Enterprise are built on a common code base, so it's easy to switch from Community to Enterprise. VisualPath is the Best Mulesoft Online Training institute in Hyderabad, India.
