  1. BUSINESS MANAGERS (COUNTRY-AREA) To follow the Plan for International Expansion, AUSA is seeking BUSINESS MANAGERS from different countries. We are looking for native people who have a good knowledge of the market of their area or country. They will be responsible for the area/country where they reside. Their mission is to design and establish the Business Plan and get commercial results, ensuring the achievement of the Pay-Back and the expected results. Essential: Degree, minimum experience of 5 years in sales in the sector of construction machinery and / or municipalities with proven results. We are looking for an autonomous person, used to dealing in different environments, a born fighter, and used to achieving his goals, able to create needs and finalize all the commercial deals. They must be fluent in the language of the country and English is also very important. These last two requirements are mutually exclusive. Availability to travel 90% of the time. We are thinking about people who have an interest in developing their professional career based on their results and growth within the company.
