VCRS and Merit Awards are top-up scholarships for highly ranked APA/UPA applicants commencing a PhD. • Current research scholarships: scholarships often linked to specific research projects or awards funded by external organisations. Advertised on weekly Research Scholarships bulletin throughout the year. • Specific research awards: Faculty/Departmental/Discipline specific awards. • International students: IPRS, USydIS, and more. • Grants-in-Aid, Postgraduate Research Support Scheme, Commercialisation Training Scheme: funding for currently enrolled students. • Overseas Scholarships: University of Sydney Travelling Scholarships, Fulbright Scholarships, Rhodes Scholars, and more.
