  2. A Little AboutMrs. Maxwell • 2nd year at LMHS • Graduate of West Chester University -B.S. Sports Medicine -Post Bacc Health and PE K-12 - MAED from Gratz College in Diverse Classroom • Worked as Athletic Trainer before in Haverford School District • Own a bakery in Avalon, NJ • Live in Chester Springs PA • Married with a 6 month old son Chase

  3. Procedures • Class color binder in back. If absent, check there for missed work. • Turn in any due assignments in class bin -NAME -DAY OF WEEK/PERIOD -ASSIGNMENT • If late or absent, attach and fill out late/absent slip

  4. Expectations • Be on time • Paricipation points start at bell • Prepared • Respectful • Neat and legible handwriting for all work • Attentive -Cell phones stay in bag *loss of participation points will result if observed

  5. Materials • 1 ½ inch 3 ring binder • 4 dividers (Jump Starters, Notes, Worksheets, Quizzes/Journal Responses) • Hole punch at home to keep binder organized • Pen or Pencil (no red pen please)

  6. Participation/Preparation • Participation is necessary for successful completion of class • Binder should be with you every class meeting • Each time unprepared = 5 pts. deducted from preparation grade

  7. Grading • Tests • Quizzes • Written work • Projects • Assessments • Preparation • Participation • Binder
