  1. Focus on Reports Session 4 • To print: • Right click • Choose “Print” • Change option “Print What?” from “slides” to “note pages” • Click ok • FM_Personnel Costs by Fiscal Year

FM_Personnel Costs by Fiscal Year Shows: • Personnel Costs by Project, Task, Award, Expenditure Type, and Employee • Personnel costs accumulated by period in a cross-tab format (similar to an Excel Pivot table) • Personnel Services expenses and ties to the ‘Prsnl Svcs” subtotal on BBA report for a given project and period.

  3. 1. Transactions for all projects owned by the specified organization. 2. Transactions for all awards owned by the specified organization. 3. Transactions for all employees whose name is ‘like’ a full or partial specified name. The report data can be selected one of three ways: WARNING -- Slow!!!

  4. IS.BU_Budget Exec and MBU Hierarchy

  5. To select a single org leave default values for the MBU and Dept parameters as ‘%’.
