  2. Behavior Management Plan( Teacher Managed 3rd Offense Talk to the student one-on-one Name the problem behavior State the school wide expected behavior Re-teach the expectation Document in DPP tab in ICC Parent Contact and referral sent to office. Continue calling until contact is made.

  4. Select New Status

  5. Enter Date and Select Note

  6. Type Note and Save

  7. Office Managed Abusive Language Fighting Chronic Minor Infractions Harassment/Bullying Weapons Skipping Vandalism Alcohol Theft Cell Phones Arson Drugs Tobacco Threats Forgery

  8. Behavior Referral in IC Select Behavior Referral under the Behavior Tab

  9. Select New

  10. Fill Out All Information!

  11. Select the Principal

  12. Which Principal Do I Select? 9th Grade – Mrs. Williams 10th-12th Grade – Mr. Harris

  13. Select Event Participant

  14. Enter Event Type

  15. Type in Participant Name

  16. Select Search and Click on Student’s Name

  17. SAVE!!!!

  18. Now Your Ready To Submit
