Katy – should be a nice place but 45-60 min from the city and far from the young Israeli community. Should be cheaper. Bellaire – a city inside Houston. Some of the richer people but not extremely rich. Something like Ramat Aviv. Sugarland – another suburb that is considered very nice.

  2. Rice village – beautiful neighborhood surrounding the Rice university. Expensive. Great elementary school Roberts. Close to the medical center. West University – Its own city. Nice but few Israelis. Not close enough to the medical center or the Israeli part.. Several gated communities. Bellaire – more expensive. Newer and bigger houses but small back yards. Great public education. Many Jewish families but few Israelis Meyerland – In this square are the majority of doctors families. Many houses for rent through Lea 1400 USD. The elementary school is Herod which is considered good but not amazing. There is also the Shlenker school. Very nice neighborhood. The medical center The Israeli square. If you go outside it prices drop but so does the quality The Jewish orthodox neighborhood. Very noisy from the highway and more expensive because of the community. A good private school the Berren Academy and the UOS that has a kindergarten with great stipends for Israelis. Meyerland – This part is a bit more expensive because the elementary schools Kolter and Lovette are considered excellent. Houses in the streets closer to the 610 can be cheaper.
