ISES Vision of Student Employability • Develop and implement the ISES curriculum such that all students are able to realise their potential to secure a job in the sports industry. • To be commonly recognised as the HEI leader re delivery of the most ‘applied’ sport and exercise courses in the country.

Develop from Within – an ISES USP • SEG, Guest lecturers & Alumni – podcasts. • Majority of ISES staff are actively involved in the • sports industry. • UW sport facilities – HUB of ISES Work Based • Learning. • Motion Performance Centre – coordinating function ‘selling science’ to the community. • Partnerships – WRFC, WCCC, WWBC, WHC, WRC, Worcester F.A.

  7. ETHOS of AWARENESS • All ISES staff are aware that a key consideration whilst working with students should be: “ If it cannot be applied to the real world, why are we doing it?”
