  3. Description The Evision App is designed to provide the sales user with immediate access to a variety of useful information - wherever they may be. Designed to support multiple mobile platforms (Apple iOS, Android, Windows) providing the sales users with mobile access to: Articles on Sales Excellence to help enforce best practice Sales Coaching tips to aid both the individual and sales teams A library of Sales Tips that can be used day to day A simple to use Sales Tracker where the user can keep a note of their sales opportunities, their value, probability and comments - and email this tracker to their manager or whoever and Evision is inviting selected thought leaders to contribute to the apps contents and include their own contact information The various articles that make up the app have certain restrictions relating to length of heading and content that are detailed on the following worksheets. Active URLs can be included in articles that allow for further information to be placed on the www.evisioninternational.comwebsite.

What you need to do… Are you interested in being a part of the authoring team for the App, if you are ‘great’ – please let us know either way Each author needs to create the appropriate Sales Excellence, Sales Coaching or Sales Tip article in the spread sheet that will be provided There are some limitations to length of text permitted and quality of any included images on the following slides Once completed the spread sheet needs to be emailed back to phil.biggin@evisiongroup.com so the content can be included in the app PLEASE NOTE: If you intend to place further information on the www.evisioninternational.com website that will be linked from within the app we will need to generate the URL. Please just provide this additional content and indicate within the article where the link should be placed
  5. Navigation Moving within the app is simple….. The bottom of the screen shows each area of the app that can be accessed just by tapping on the icon
  6. Sales Excellence Each article is accessed from the main Sales Excellence menu The article title can be up to 45 characters in length (including spaces) The short description below the title can be up to 15 words (limited flexibility)
  7. Sales Excellence This description area is a maximum of 30 words (limited flexibility) The App supports up to 6 images within an article (accessed by 'flicking') Image resolution max 2048 x 1536-pixels, min 1200 x 760 pixels and in PNG format
  8. Sales Excellence The main text of the article (accessed by scrolling down) should be maximum of 155 words for usability but can be longer as the screen can be scrolled down
  9. Sales Coaching Each article is accessed from the main Sales Coaching menu The Introduction text can be a maximum of 38 words The article title can be up to 45 characters in length (including spaces) The short description below the title can be up to 15 words (limited flexibility)

  11. Sales Tips Sales Tips are grouped under a main category heading When you tap this heading you are shown the collection of Sales Tips associated to this category The category heading is a maximum of 25 characters in length
  12. Sales Tips When you select a category heading you are shown all the Sales Tips it contains. The Sales Tip title can be up to 45 characters in length (including spaces) The short description below the title can be up to 15 words (limited flexibility)

Sales Tracker The Sales Tracker provides the users with a simple tool that allows them to track, and edit, their sales opportunities Users see a list of all their opportunities, estimated revenue value and win probability percentage At the bottom of the screen all the values are totalled up to provide a simple to use and quick way of tracking the sales pipeline The user can email a list of their current sales opportunities via the App – their sales manager etc
  15. Sales Tracker The user can create new, or edit existing, sales opportunities simply and quickly
  16. Sales Tracker The user can apply filters to their selection And email all, or a selections, of their deals to another person.

Company Page This will take the user to a page dedicated to the on-going resources for further information on any of the articles mentioned, or further details on App authors and their websites etc. In addition to general information this area can support live URLs to link the user to any further resources. As a contributor to the App you gain exposure for yourself and your ‘brand’ to a global sales audience, you gain visibility on a number of hand held devices and above all – you have a dedicated link where the end user can contact you directly – all of this is ‘free’ to you – we are just requesting your support for the content as a ‘industry thought leader’. Also, you can look to sell this App to your customers, where it can be both re-branded (either as ‘you’ or ‘your’ customer) and tailored to the specific requirements.
