Investigating Gene Expression in SH-SY5Y and SK-N-BE(2)c Cells Using Antibody-Free Probes

This study explores the expression of various markers, such as β-Actin and BSAP, in SH-SY5Y and SK-N-BE(2)c cell lines using time-course analysis at different hours (0, 8, 24, 48, 72, 94) without the use of antibodies. We employ Octamer transcription factors and Pax-5-free probes to assess gene regulation and cellular responses. Results indicate the stability of β-Actin and differential expression of BSAP, providing insights into neuronal differentiation and potential therapeutic targets in neuroblastoma.
