DMSS Outreach-Resource Development-Centers • Outreach-Pipeline/STEM Student Support * Collaboration with ADM and ODI for outreach to Latino and African American HS and MS students to develop PSU pipeline * Work with student groups early to assist with groups’ outreach/leadership conferences *Build programs with campus and community partners to enhance prep and academic success of STEM students

DMSS Outreach-Resource Development-Centers • Resource Development – * Scholarships to supplement tuition remission awards * Identify and submit proposals to external funding sources for support of retention programs for target populations * Submit proposals for AmeriCorps Retention Mentoring and SIS AmeriCorps, CAMP * Fundraising plan targeting alumni

DMSS Outreach-Resource Development-Centers • Cultural Centers – coordination of calendars, programming, communication * La Casa Latina – develop mission-vision-values-goals; strategic plan; operations plan and budget; advisory body; network of partners; programming * Native American Student & Community Center – continue stabilizing budget; add programming component; fundraising; strategic plan * Multicultural Center – examine/revise mission-vision-values-goals; strategic plan; plan for outreach to student groups for partnerships; review/refresh/remodel physical space; develop leadership component
