Scheduling your events • Three approved schedulers • Only email from President can change the names • 25 Live • All online, but schedulers must come into SLD • Event proposals • Dance, concert, 300+ attendees, large number of off-campus guests, weeklong events
Using your money • Every organization has an on-campus bank account • Account number: 81-2-00000-_ _ _ _ _ -2720 • Statements available by request • Processes for payments and deposits • Requisitions • P-Card • Deposits
P-CARD • Used for: large purchases, online/phone-in purchases • Need: In-person meeting with Charlie • REQUISITION FORMS • Used for: Reimbursements, paying invoices • Need: Original receipts, Charlie’s approval signature
DEPOSIT FORMS • Used for: depositing checks or cash into account • Need: Must be completed on computer, separate forms for cash/checks, • **All checks must be made out to “Loyola Marymount University”
