Interested in becoming a Teaching Assistant or Grader? Visit the Materials and Mining website to explore available student positions. To apply, navigate to Teaching Assistant Positions, read the instructions carefully, and check up to three positions you're interested in. Click the "Apply For Positions" button to submit your application. You'll receive an email regarding your application status within 30 days of the deadline. Successful applicants must email workload forms, AGSEM membership forms, and signed contracts as part of the hiring process. Don't miss the important application dates!

  2. Where do I apply? • Go to: Materials or Mining website Job Opportunities/Student Positions • Select : Teaching Assistant Positions • Read and follow the instructions

  3. How to apply • Check the box next to the position(s) (to a maximum of 3) • Click "Apply For Positions..." button at the bottom of the page.

What happens after I apply? • Allocation of position(s) will be based on the regulations set out in the Collective Agreement. • Applicants will be advised by email of their status within 30 days following application deadline. • Workload forms, AGSEM membership forms and signed contracts must be submitted electronically via email by successful applicants.
