  6. COMPETENCY 1 The ability of an individual to set clear personal directions which are aligned to the organization

  7. Time Management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of the time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Personal- belonging to one or affecting a particular person rather than anyone else; of or concerning one’s private life, relationships, and emotions rather than one’s career or public life

  8. When does managed time a waste of time? We save other’s time if we manage our time.

  10. When does feedback hurt? When does feedback become criticisms? We are always ready and eager to give feedback to student’s work and performance. Are we open to receive ours? Treat feedback as a gift rather than as a slap in the face. Better feedback starts with a good intention. – Kevin Eikenberry

  14. Quality work means consistently achieving expectations while having a positive, ethical working environment. It means putting your best foot forward every day to ensure the success of the organization. What does quality work mean? Safe and efficient work done in a timely manner. Work without defects or error. Excellence This means getting things right first time. Doing it right the first time. The amount of time and energy one spends on work assignment; cleanliness of paperwork handed in, completed assignments, asking questions, taking the initiative to do more than just the ordinary
