District Review Panellists are a group of experienced educators and practising teachers appointed by the QSA to support and enhance school-based assessment. They provide vital advice on work programs, monitoring, verification, and random sampling to schools and the QSA. Their responsibilities include promoting externally moderated assessments, advocating for standards-based approaches, and ensuring confidentiality in discussions. Panellists must possess updated subject knowledge, understand current syllabuses, and actively participate in training and meetings to maintain high assessment standards.
