  2. Scorer: report to the First Referee (R1) and score table 20 minutes prior to match time.

  3. After the home team selects their bench: 1. Fill in scoresheet heading information 2. Enter teams on appropriate sides 3. Record set number and today’s date 4. Enter names of the First Referee (R1) & the Second Referee (R2)

  7. Team rosters are due 10 minutes prior to the end of the prematch warm-up: The scorer shall review and report any inaccuracies to either official.

  9. Lineups are due 2 minutes prior to the end of the prematch warm-up and 1 minute prior to the start of subsequent sets. 1. Enter the uniform numbers of starting players in the proper service order. 2. Provide line-ups to the R2 and Libero Tracker. 3. Turn lineups, score sheet and tracker sheet upside down until 2 minutes left on the warm-up clock and 1 minute left until start of subsequent sets. At that time the visiting scorekeeper may see the line-ups.

  14. During the game: 1. Record individual and team scoring. Each square on the score sheet represents one play or action such as a Serve, Substitution or Timeout 2. Points scored on the Serve are recorded in the square and slashed in the running score section. 3. Rally points scored by the receiving team are boxed in both the individual & team scoring sections.
