This system provides comprehensive real-time monitoring of shredder motor performance, including trends in motor bearings and thermal capacity. It features a conveyor control panel and multiple monitoring screens for mill motors, infeed, DFRE, and mill cylinders, with updates on total hours running. The log viewer tracks all PLC activities during operation. Additionally, users can select report types through a dedicated screen report selector, generating Excel reports with network capabilities for multiple plants.
