  2. What are Senior Privileges? • Senior Privileges are the extra events or opportunities students receive during their senior year.

  3. What are my Senior Privileges & what Senior only events will there be?

  4. Yearbook Signing Party Late May: Cost will be 10! Pizza and Sodas will be provided. Date to be determined.

  5. Prom April 30 April 30 March 28-April 1 Early Bird Special 63.00 April 4-8 $65.00 with ASB and $68.00 W/out April 11-15 $70.00 W/ ASB $73.00 W/out April 18-22 $75.00 W/ASB $78.00 W/out

  6. Senior Sunset Senior Sunset will be held in the Stramp and will include food and entertainment. Cost will be approximately $20.00. Catered by Newport Rib Company…full Bar-B-Q Dinner

  7. Senior Breakfast and Day at Knotts Date: TBD. Cost will be approximately $35.00-40.00 The breakfast is the only place the Senior Slideshow will be shown! This will include the breakfast and your entry ticket

  8. Grad Night @Disneyland! Tickets will start at $85.00. This price includes transportation to Disneyland and park entry. Prices will go up each week! Tickets go on sale May 2nd. No tickets will be sold after June 1st.

  9. Graduation June 17th @ 7:00 p.m. Eddie West Stadium Each student will receive a limited number of tickets. If you have not yet ordered your cap and gown you need to do so immediately. Prices will increase throughout the year so buy early!

  10. How do I lose My Privileges?

  11. Infraction 2nd Saturday School or 4th central 3rd Saturday School or 8th central 4th Saturday School or 12th central Suspension Lost Privilege Senior Sunset Breakfast/outing Grad Nite at Disneyland Any or all of the above and possible loss of Graduation Ceremony *Prom can be put in substituted for any of the above steps and of any of these consequences.   12. What about Central Detentions? • Once a student has received four detentions they start losing privileges. • Loss of privileges are not limited to Saturdays only!

  13. More Severe Offenses ***At the discretion of the Principal, students are subject to having all senior privileges revoked on the first infraction if the behavior is deemed severe.***

  14. Most common ways to get a Saturday:

  15. #1. Tardy or Truancy (This could be period by period or all day.) Century High School prohibits ditch days. Any student who participates in a ditch day will receive a school consequence and can have privileges revoked.

  16. Tardy Cards or Truancy Seniors who have 8 or more tardies will start to lose privileges. Seniors who have one or more unexcused absences or excessive excused absences will also lose privileges.

  17. #2 Classroom Disturbance or Problem

  18. #3. No Shows to Detention or Saturdays *Remember that when you no show to a detention it is doubled and if you *No show to a Saturday it is also doubled *No show to 2 Saturdays = a suspension and possible loss of all Privileges!

  19. #4. Sometimes 1st time Offenses result in Suspension which could result in the loss of all privileges. These offenses include, but are not limited to…

  20. Fighting

  21. Possession of, selling, or being under The influence of any illegal substance. This includes on your way to or from school!

  22. Graffiti or Graffiti paraphernalia

  23. What do I do with my Notification Form?

  24. Please complete the following: • Read the form carefully and sign • Take it home and have your parents read and sign it • Give the yellow copy to your parents • Bring back the white copy and return to your Economics Teachers. • All forms must be returned by February 10th.

Calendar Of Senior Events • Mr. Century March • Senior Activities April-during testing • Prom Arpil 30th 8:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. • Yearbook Signing Party TBD-End of May (on campus) • Senior Lock In June 13th 8-11 a.m. (on campus) • Senior Breakfast and June 14th 8 a.m.-4 p.m. • Day at Knotts • Graduation Rehearsal June 16th Time TBD (Eddie West) • Grad Nite @ Disneyland June 16th 6:30-8:30 p.m. • Graduation June 17th @ 7:00 p.m. (Eddie West) • Diploma Distribution June 20th 9:00-11:00 a.m. • All dates are tentative and subject to change. A senior bulletin will be provided to you during testing in April.
