Our Project Directors are committed to increasing efficiencies, improving communications and assembling reliable information for our owners, industry partners and Hilton Worldwide. • Design Services: • Global Design Services delivers exceptionally designed properties, which includes optimizing the spatial requirements and operational relationships in both front and back-of-house areas of the hotel. Our team helps ensure our Design & Construction Standards are in place so that your property can operate economically and efficiently. Our team will review the project information, provide Brand Standards and tools to insure your project begins on an accurate, focused path. Stage 2: Consultant Selection Establishing a superior team of professionals is essential to success and our design partners will help guide this effort. Let us help you establish a team of consultants that can provide goods and services that afford a positive guest experience and a sound asset for the Owner.

Stage 6: FFE/OSE Specifications & Procurement Whether you’re refurbishing or building a new property, we can assist with identifying durable, cost-effective product solutions. Find products and suppliers complying with your project’s Brand Standards Procurement services can be reviewed to help insure your goods are received on site, on time.

Stage 8: Handover to Operations From inception to opening, our team ensures your property will transition smoothly to operations, meeting and exceeding all of our guests‘ expectations. The handover process involves great coordination of many moving parts.
