In 2009, Michael Strange, a new member of the Delaware DOT, highlighted significant accomplishments including the maintenance of regional communications and the sharing of experiences through monthly calls with various states. A total of 33 High Value Research submissions from nine states were recorded, indicative of strong Task Force membership. Plans for peer exchanges and Cooperative Research Programs have also been initiated, focusing on shared actions and collaboration. Upcoming goals for 2010 include continued monthly calls and state visits to facilitate knowledge exchange and implementation of programs.
