  4. Decision • Decision means choices made form among two or more alternatives. There are two types of decision making i.e. Individual decision making and group decision making.

  5. Individual decision making • Individual decision making: Individual think and reason before they act. It also understood of how people make decision can be helpful for explaining and predicting their behavior.

  6. Group decision making • Group Decision making: when employee of the organization are make decision in group is called group decision making. Basically most of the organization make decision in group

Decision making about beximco : Decision making in Beximco company is basically in group decision making .at the managers arrange a meeting and the board of director make a decision about this meeting. only top management team can discuss this decision topic. Then all of the member of board of director discuss the analytical topic and they make the decision.

  13. Company Meeting • Every year company arrange 17 board meeting. Mr.Iqbal Ahmed attend 8 and Advocate Ahasanul Karim attend 5 meeting. Without those persons all board of directors are attends those meeting. • Those meeting discuss all company related question,problem,financial position,new idea etc.

  14. Summary • Bexcimco pharma is one of the leargest company in Bangladesh.It have 2500 employees and differents sector maintain differents employees.It is not possible to discuss employees to make decisions.Thats why Management and Board of Director make decisions to discuss each others.

  15. Conclusion and Recommendation • Beximco company is the largest company for export and import in Bangladesh. This company also serve our nation very well. • This company also perform various social service. • There management structure also so good and the also serve the emploee very well.
