  3. To be cleaned after each shift (lunch & dinner)

  4. Empty and change sanitizing buckets • Wash and sanitize all surfaces in kitchen (cutting boards, reach-in, line, prep tables) • Wash and sanitize all surfaces in dining area

  5. Wash and sanitize all surfaces in the bathroom • Put all cleaning rags in dirty laundry • Sweep the floor

  6. End Of Day Cleaning

  7. All windows and glass • Sanitize all chairs along with final table wipe down. • Mopping all floors

  8. Inspect and clean all table condiments including salt and pepper shakers. • Final Bathroom wipe down includes shining sinks and toilets • Empty all garbage's to outside dumpster

  9.
