SLeeK’s Owner, World Renowned Chef Hubert Keller and Corporate Chef Laurent Pillard have set their own All-Star line up for a one of kind event – The Dennis Phillips All-Star Celebrity Bash following the Home Run Derby and all for the sake of charity. The menu consists of a seafood buffet with east & west coast oysters, shrimp, crab legs and clams. Cold hors d oeuvres include heirloom tomato bruschetta, homemade smoked salmon toast with dill, sour cream & blackberry caviar; tomato gazpacho with basil & sherry vinegar; pork rillettes with cornichons & country bread; toast of steak tartare & condiments; country pate with nuts; stuffed green olive with broqueronnes & red pepper; spoon of ahi tuna fresh ginger & soy sauce; toast of salmon mousse with cucumber & mint; marinated shrimp ceviche (Izy Style). The hot hors d oeurves include mini crab corn dog, kobe sliders, chicken wings with SLeeK BBQ sauce, spoon of homemade gnocchis & bacon, deep fried calamari tartare & tomato sauce, mini croque monsieur truffle flavored, beef satay singapore style, mini crab cake with lobster bisque, chicken quesadilla with cilantro pesto & mini meat loaf sandwich. The pastry buffet will be spread with cookies, brownies, chocolate pot de crème, fruit salad with basil & mint, strawberries yogurt, tiramisu, mini cheese cake, chocolate covered strawberries, marshmallow, cashew brittle & cake with sugar piece & chocolate. Celebrities, athletes and influencers will be asked to donate an item for an upcoming online charity auction in hopes to raise over $250,000 for Phillips’ lead beneficiaries: Multiple Sclerosis Society (MS Society), Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Pujols Family Foundation and Tony LaRussa’s Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF).
