  3. What is the status of your class? On your index card, write a brief statement of 1-2 sentences describing the current status of your class.

  4. Why don’t you blog about it? • Freedom of expression • Understanding how today’s student communicates • Introducing new material and/or ideas

  5. Why don’t you blog about it? Create an account or speak to your school’s director of technology about purchasing a school account.

  8. Wiki with Wetpaint Wikis, or personal web pages, serve as a great way for alternative assessments, student reflection, and for creating electronic portfolios.

  9. Using Wetpaint Go to www.wetpaint.com and create an account. This is a free site!!!

  10. Example After you have created your account, you will be able to begin editing your page. To add a new page, select “Add a New Page” To type on your page, select the “Easy Edit” button. This not only allows you to type, but it also allows you to place video links and pictures on your page. To add attachments, select “More Tools”. This will allow students to upload their assignments to the page.
