  1. The Dodo Wow! Did you know that the dodo bird only existed for about 100 years? Well its true! The last dodo bird was last seen in 1698! The first dodo was born in the 1500! If you read on, then you will discover many other cool and funny facts about this amazing extinct bird!

  2. Hey you hungry? Cause I am. This lovely bird would eat from a tree known as the dodo tree. The dodo tree was filled with all kinds or fruits. The dodo would eat the fruit and crack open the seeds that were inside so they could fit it inside there mouth.

  3. How do I look? Did you now that the dodo was 3 feet and 3 inches tall? And did you now that they weighed 20 kilograms? Well I did! The dodo had large legs, short ,little wings, and a short neck. They also have a 23 centimeter long, enormous, thick, brown, beck.

  4. Did you ever wonder where the dodo lives? They lived on the islands of Mauritius. They also liked the Indian ocean. Both islands have a warm climate throughout the year! Look, theirs my home!

  5. The extinctionThe early settlers brought the extinction to the dodo. It is said that the humans hunted them for food, but are the humans the only ones to blame?

  6. FUN FACTS The dodo was called valghvogel, witch means discussing! The sailors first discovered them in 1598! The dodo could have lived for thirty years longer if the humans had not hunted them
