  2. Problem Should Just Pure Chocolate have holiday themed shot glasses? Objectives • People will buy chocolate shot glasses while they are out. • People would like to see Holiday themed shot glasses.

  4. Recommend Solutions • Just Pure Chocolate should try and target the outgoing crowd. From the survey results, most people who liked to go out also have a large holiday spirit. Targeting the outgoing crowd could potentially bring in more profit. • Just Pure chocolate should broaden their themed chocolate product. Holidays are huge when it comes to the market and selling. We should sell plenty of different themed molds in order to expand our target market. The larger the target market, the more people we have a chance of selling to.

  5. Apply Results • To increase profits, JPC will broaden the chocolate product we sell and make themed chocolate molds and shot glasses • To increase efficiency, we will purchase a large tempering machine in order to mold as much chocolate as we can. • To decrease expenses, JPC will only order molds that will sell well. We will talk to our whole sale customers to determine if they are looking for themed chocolate product.
