The Wellbeing Supporters Project, managed by VAAC under CEO Hilary Spencer, aims to assist individuals in achieving health outcomes such as weight loss. Volunteers, preferably peers who understand the challenges, are essential. They will be trained to provide support and mentorship. The initiative is rooted in the belief that peer support enhances motivation and healing. We are seeking self-sustaining wellbeing groups through our dedicated Development Team. Join us in making a difference! For inquiries or to volunteer, contact Sarah Carney at 01243 864220 or wellbeing@vaac.org.uk.
