SALUD DE SUELOS. 1.1 Análisis de suelo a cosecha en Parcela 4 y Parcela 6, que rescate el efecto de las enmiendas en aportación de materia orgánica vs. Manejo Tradicional. 1.2 Descartar toma de muestras de nemátodos en parcelas de productores que expresaron problemas

  3. COMPONENTE DE PRODUCCIÓN • 2. RELACIONES HÍDRICAS. 2. 1 Continuar con tomas de datos de humedad, incorporando la variable de peso de racimo y haciendo énfasis en el factor Agua.

  4. COMPONENTE DE PRODUCCIÓN • 3. PARCELAS INTEGRADAS • 3.1 Manejo de Racimo. (Post Proyecto) Será retomada en Parcela 6 con embolse, encinte, desmane, deschire. 3.2 Manejo y Control de Erwinia. Se realizará análisis de resultados de experimentos ya establecidos y se incorporarán tratamientos en parcela 6. 3.3 Manejo y Control de Sigatoka. En parcela 6 control químico, lixiviados y Deshoje + Despunte

  5. COMPONENTE DE PRODUCCIÓN • Mantenimiento y Aplicación de Tratamientos en Parcela 6 • Encuentro con productores 5 en Tierra Firme y 1 de cierre en Ometepe. (Fertilización, Uso de Coberturas, Manejo de Sigatoka, Manejo de Erwinia) • Análisis de Costos (6 talleres)

  6. COMPONENTE DE AGROINDUSTRIA 2.1 Caracterización Físico – Química y Funcional de Variedades Existentes. 2. 2 Caracterización del proceso de pérdidas postcosecha????????

  8. LIMITANTES • NECESIDAD DE ESTIMACIÓN O PROYECCIÓN DE RESULTADOS EN PARCELA 6 • ANÁLISIS DE RESULTADOS A PROFUNDIDAD. • IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE INICIATIVA EMPRESARIAL (PLANTA AGROINDUSTRIAL)
