Education programs • Coaching • 2 courses in 2009 approx. 35 participants • Good evaluation, some challenges with English • Want to go but prioritizing this is not on the top list • Costs app. 4000 + travel at Idun  External hotel double costs • Costs taken by OFI • Nominations goes through the HR people in OFI • OFI is in charge of the administration, local help • Next course may 2010 at Idun again? • Nominees from HR 25 people time limit 26 March
