SMART Block Teachers will stamp your child’s agenda, so you can track where they go each day for SMART Block Rogers Long Gates
Healthful Living • Students are required to dress out for physical education class • Gray Davis Drive t-shirt • Blue Davis Drive shorts • Blue tote back (optional) • Davis Drive sweatpants (optional) • Students will need a lock for their gym locker (separate from main locker) • The lock will only be on the locker during class
TDAP Booster Initiative • All rising 6th graders must have their TDAP booster shot • Vaccine to protect against Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough) • Proof must be provided to the front office • Parents/students have 30 school days to complete this mandatory requirement
