Comprehensive Skills Store Implementation for Enhanced Employee Development in Melbourne

This project focuses on the establishment and development of a Skills Store in North Western Melbourne. It includes detailed discussions with the organization to streamline processes, identify RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) outcomes, and establish important relationships. A customized Competency Navigator will be developed to capture and map qualifications, licenses, and training courses, coupling this with an efficient delivery plan and a structured induction program. Employee tracking through SSMS and RPL outcomes verification will enhance workforce skills and compliance.
