The Story • The MLB suspended 13 players based on their involvement with Biogenesis of America • Anti-aging clinic in Florida • Players accused of using performance enhancing drugs, specifically human growth hormones • All 13 players were suspended • Most were for 50 games and start immediately

  3. A-Rod • Alexander Rodriguez also confessed to using performance enhancing drugs while playing college baseball • While this information technically can’t be used against him, the MLB wants him to be suspended longer • A-Rod is fighting the MLB, therefore the suspension hasn’t started
