Federal Emergency Management Agency Rachel Sears - Senior Policy Advisor, Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration (FIMA) • FEMA is working with partners in tribal, federal, state, and local government to continue and expand our work in accordance to the President’s Climate Action Plan and Executive Order • FEMA is working within its existing statutes and authorities to incorporate climate change adaptation into ongoing plans, policies and procedures including finalization of FEMA’s 2014 Implementation Plan • FEMA has numerous mitigation programs that support climate change resilience
