  1. Megaflux Submerged MBR Module About Megaflux PHILOSEP Megaflux is submergible separation membrane module optimized to MBR process for wastewater treatment. Hydrophilic PVDF Braided RCM membranes, patented by PHILOS, are used in Megaflux. Installing air nozzles underneath elements makes the flushing much more efficient. Features of Megaflux PHILOSEP Megaflux is designed in blocks and this is user-friendly when extending or reassembling of the process. They are neat, compact, and maintain the firm system structure for a long term. They are manufactured in three different heights so that they can be chosen depend on your ceiling height. It is also possible to order in the size of other companies’ guide rails when exchanging membranes.

  2. Features of RCM Membrane • Braid, a firm fiber, is the support of the membranes that shows high durability and it prevents snaps even in a long-term aeration. • Even pore size means excellent filtration, high pressure-resistant, elastic and fast recovery from a long-term operation. Advantages of Megaflux • High Cost efficiency • No snaps, better water quality (Physically strong) • Hydrophilic PVDF membranes are applied (High Chemical resistance) • Excellent Recovery with sponge-like structure • Stable performance by effective aeration • Easy to exchange • Manufactured in different capacities and ceiling heights • PHILOS provided high quality membrane modules Megaflux Flow diagram • Applications of Megaflux • Wastewater Treatment Plants • Remodeling of old plants • Water Reuse • Industrial Wastewater Treatment
