  1. Healthy Cooking 101 Why eat healthy? Healthy eating is something that people don’t do because it takes just a little extra effort, but if you commit to a healthy way of living, there are TONS of benefits. Some benefits of healthy eating are: Extra energy, weight loss, protection against diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and LOTS of others.

  2. Healthy French Fries Fries from fast food restaurants are loaded with added fats and things that are not good for you. Making your own fries at home is HEALTHY, and DELICIOUS

  3. Healthy French Fries - RECIPE COPY THIS DOWN ON YOUR NOTECARD Step 1: Cut up a potato so it looks like French fries. Step 2: Add them to a skillet on top of some tinfoil, with some non-salt seasoningand a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). Do not use butter, salt, or vegetable oil. Step 3: Cover the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, or until they are done

  4. Healthy Smoothie - Recipe Step 1: In a blender, add 1cup of mixed berries, a banana, lots of kale, 2 cups of orange juice, and about 8 ice cubes. Step 2: Blend until it is smooth. Step 3: DRINK Kale is known as a “Super Food”, which means it is one of the healthiest things you can possibly eat!

  5. Egg White Omelet - Recipe Step 1: In a frying pan over medium heat, start sautéing some onions and green peppers (the amount is up to you) Season them up with some non-salt seasoning. Step 2: Add ONLY the egg white to the pan, throwing away the yolk, which contains all of the saturated fat. Step 3: Flip when ready, cook another minute or two, and enjoy ADD A LITTLE CHEESE FOR SOME EXTRA FLAVOR!

  6. Guacamole - Recipe Step 1: cut open 2 avocados, discard the pits and scoop out the insides. Step 2: add about 2 tablespoons of chopped red onion. Step 3: add the juice of 1 lime Step 4: add some fresh jalapeño pepper (optional) Step 5: add about 2-3 tablespoons cilantro Step 6: Mix, mash, eat. Serve with your favorite low fat tortilla chips.
