The High Potential Development Scheme (HPDS) aims to nurture future leaders by enhancing their capabilities, clarifying career ambitions, and expanding professional networks. This program, running from December 7-9, 2011, includes workshops on leadership, personal impact, and development conversations with senior leaders. Participants engage in structured mentorship, reporting, and the creation of personal development plans to pave the way for relevant career moves within 12 months. Ongoing discussions with CO and HR officials support their growth and alignment with organizational goals.
