If there is an existing Franchisee in your town contact the Franchisee for a local franchise for your area • Submit a Preliminary Franchise Application form with a Rs 10,000 Fee • On approval, submit a Franchise Application form with attachments with a Rs 1 lac fee.   34. PROPERTYONE FRANCHISE FEES Franchise Fees includes a Fixed Fee and an Annual Fee.
