Seat in Seat • In your seat when the bell rings, or else you are tardy
Bathroom/Drinking Fountain • To leave, you must fill out and give me your own handbook • Rarely do I allow students to leave to get a drink of water
Ready for Class • Must have for every class • Notebook (paper) • Pen (pencil) • Class books (Bible, textbook, workbook) • If you don’t have these things, you don’t receive that day’s participation point • Includes test days • Exceptions will be announced in advance
Participation Points • One for each day • Earned for engaging in class (attentive, discussing, etc.) • Deducted for misbehavior, sleeping, etc
Absences • Assignments • Email if you are absent • On course syllabus • Must be turned in the day on which you return from absence • Tests • Email if you are absent • All make-up tests are administered before or after school
Due Dates are Due Dates • Assignments • Less than 24 hours late – half credit • More than 24 hours late – no credit • Essays • Up to 24 hours late – 20% deducted • 24-48 hours late – 40% deducted • More than 48 hours late – no credit
Extra Credit • No extra credit • Bonus points built into all tests, some assignments
