  1. So, why has there seemed to be this change in our culture? It comes down to what our culture is saying about homosexuality and the gay marriage issue. Many are certainly pushing these ideas quite openly in our society. These are very volatile issues today but sadly many in the Christian community seem to be remaining somewhat silent on these issues.

  2. “If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest expression every portion of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at that moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ. Where the battle rages there the loyalty of the soldier is proved, and to be steady on all of the battlefield besides is mere flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point”. Martin Luther

  3. How have we arrived at this time when the trend seems to be going the wrong way? • “The number one issue for the family today is the homosexual activist agenda. The climatic moment in the battle to preserve the family and future generations hang in the balance” • Dr. James Dobson

  4. It's Elementary Film “takes cameras into classrooms across the U.S. to look at one of today's most controversial issues - whether and how gay issues should be discussed in schools. It features elementary and middle schools where (mainly heterosexual) teachers are challenging the prevailing political climate and its attempt to censor any dialogue in schools about gay people.

  5. Producer Debra Chasnoff “What’s clear in the film is that the younger the kids, the more open they were… If we could start doing this kind of education in kindergarten, first grade, second grade, we’d have a better generation.”

  6. “Heather Has Two Mommies” “The first lesbian-themed children's book ever published". Google Books

  7. Daddy’s Wedding Six years after writing and illustrating Daddy's Roommate, Michael Willhoite brings another pioneering story. Nick is like any other 10-year-old boy, but when Daddy and Daddy's roommate, Frank, decide to get married, Nick gets to do something extra special: play best man.

  8. Two children—one with blue dads, one from a more traditional family—compare notes in this light hearted book about parents who are different. In the end, of course, they discover that blue dads aren’t really that different from other dads. Except for one thing.

  9. Tiffany and Igor have never met Uncle Brett, who is coming to visit tomorrow. When Tiffany asks if he's married, Mom "gets sort of a funny look on her face" and says, "Well . . . as a matter of fact, he's gay."

  10. Katy Perry: “I Kissed A Girl” It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for seven consecutive weeks, became the 1,000th number-one song of the rock era. The single has sold over 4,155,000 digital copies in the US alone. It is also one of the best selling singles worldwide, selling 8 million copies, became the 21st song with the most paid downloads in history.

  11. Katy Perry: “I Kissed A Girl” This was never the way I plannedNot my intentionI got so brave, drink in handLost my discretionIt's not what, I'm used toJust wanna try you onI'm curious for youCaught my attention

  12. Katy Perry: “I Kissed A Girl” No, I don't even know your nameIt doesn't matter, You're my experimental gameJust human nature, It's not what, Good girls doNot how they should behaveMy head gets so confusedHard to obey

  13. Katy Perry: “I Kissed A Girl” “Ain'tno big deal, it's innocent” The obvious message behind this song is that it is natural to experiment, there is nothing wrong, it’s innocent. With the millions and millions of copies of this song that have been sold and played over the radio it is sure to have had an effect on many young children and teenagers that it’s OK, it’s just human nature

  14. Will and Grace Eric McCormack who played Will Truman in the American sitcom had this to say about an underlying aim of the show: “When little old women say “I hope he finds a nice man” the show will be successful”’

  15. Boy Meets Boy

  16. “Ellen” David Savel (“Ellen” producer):“If this episode helps some child in the midwest with their sexual orientation, we’ve done our job” “She is so well liked by the American people; it was perfect to have someone like her who connects with middle America, where if Oprah said it was okay, then it was okay”.

  17. Camille Paglia Author of Sexual Persona: Vamps and Tramps: "The objections of conservative Christian ministers who believe in the Bible are well-founded." "People on the left have got to accept that it is not simply bigotry that causes believing Christians to object to this kind of element in popular culture."

  18. “The New Normal”

  19. Chick-fil-A boss speaks out against same-sex marriage

  20. What about “Gay Marriage”? Matthew 19:6 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”

  21. God’s position is clear on this issue Leviticus 18:22 “‘Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable. Romans 1:26–2726 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

  22. God’s position is clear on this issue 1 Corinthians 6:9–109 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men 1 Timothy 1:9–109 We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine

  23. Symptoms of a much deeper problem People need to understand that homosexual behavior and the gay marriage controversy are ultimately not the problems in our culture, but are the symptoms of a much deeper problem. Even though it’s obvious from the Bible that homosexual behavior and gay marriage are an abomination (Romans 1 and other passages make this very clear), there is a foundational reason as to why there is an increasing acceptance of these ills in America and societies like it.

  24. What should the Christian response be? Dr. Ronnie Floyd has written a book titled “The Gay Agenda” and in it he suggests the analogy of Rip Van Winkle.
