Taken care of enrollment? 4. Applied for your Benefits? 3. Met with the Bedford OEF/OIF Team? 2. Made an appointment in Primary Care? 5. If eligible, visited the Dental Clinic? • How will I know? If you are eligible for dental care through the VA, you can obtain a referral at Admissions • Who else can I contact? The OEF/OIF team can help connect you with dental services in the VA and community • Why? Routine physicals help maintain good health. Primary Care also gives you access to specialty services in hospital • Where? Building 78, 1st floor; or call 781-687-3211 • What will I do? Make an appointment with a physician • When? Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 • Why? You must register with the VA to obtain services • Where? Admissions - Building 78, 1st floor; or call 781-687-2275 • What should I bring? DD214 • When?
