Global Edits • LCC Baseline Use Case: • Are we ok with using “LCC Baseline Use Case” to describe Use Case? • Avoid other names like “Phase 1”, stay consistent. • Homecare Plan of Care: • Use Homecare Plan of Care? • Use Home Health Agency (HHA), Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) or other when describing Home Health trading partner? • Ok to use HPoC acronym? • 485: • Single reference and then us Homecare PoC? • Always use “former 485 form” or other language when referencing. • Use Nursing Homes v. SNF in globally in document • Continue to identify inconsistent terminology and make consistent

Success Metrics • Review Latest ToC Success Metrics (link here and on LCC wiki) • Are these Metrics appropriate for LCC? • Good enough as place holder while we gain experience? • Support Team Homework: Work with ONC to understand expectations for Success Metrics. • Recommend WG review ToC work to gain familiarity, but hold on making any comments or recommendations for updating until we get more guidance from ONC.

  5. Review specific edits/ comments. WG review of sections 1-5 with focus on comments/ edits.

  6. Homework Homework for remainder of week: • Review Functional Requirements • Any additional review of Sections 1 – 5 that haven’t been discussed • Intro, Overview/ Scope, Challenge Statement, Value Statement, Assumptions • Review sections 6 – 9 and 13 for Thursday – *will be posted to wiki after Monday’s meeting • Pre-conditions, post-conditions, actors/ roles, Use Case diagram, Issues and Obstacles This Week’s goal: • Finish review of and comments for sections 1 – 5 • Significant progress on review of sections 6 - 9 ,13
